As part of providing the best cultural exchange experience, each of the participants is hosted by one of the families from the host school community. The best way to experience a culture is to live like a local. Because of this the students will have the opportunity to live with a host family and experience each day like a Colombian!
HOST FAMILIES
The host student will be near the same age and most often the same gender as the visiting student. The family stay is perhaps, the most important aspect of a true cultural exchange and, although challenging, it most often becomes the most cherished experience of the exchange.
